By accessing or using the Majordomus.app platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Majordomus.app provides a digital platform for property owners and landlords to manage leases, monitor rent payments, execute electronic signatures, and access document templates.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. The first 30 days of your subscription are free. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will not be charged.
5. Limitation of Liability
Majordomus.app s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Majordomus.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
8. Changes to Terms
Majordomus.app reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
